Which food experts do you like and which ones don't you like?

i dont like most of the expensive restaurants chefs because usually and not always i dont get what i'm looking for..

one example of an exception was thebrestaurant of the chef rafi cohen.. but it got closed because of drugs related issues..

the food was really comforting and high quality there.... too bad of what has happened..
