Hello Friends,

Which commercial immersion blender brands/models are the most reliable for heavy-duty use in a professional kitchen setting? Looking for durability, power, and ease of maintenance. Any insights or experiences to share?
Thanks

To which type of immersion blender are you referring,
the two handed, bucket on the floor style,

or the one handed, container on the counter style?

I had a 25" stirrer for paint, can't remember if I used if for cement, but I doubt it as cement amounts I made were very small.
taxy - you were not wrong - there are mixers for construction but there are also floor models for commercial kitchens. I merely laughed because the blender S.LoB posted said Kitchen Aid on it.

This is a paint mixer exactly like I had - attaches to your electric drill - works like a charm.

although I believe the commercial ones for cement look like an immersion blenders.

Oh look what I just found, waiting for me to click "Post reply". It's been here since not long after you posted your reply dragn'.

I'm pretty sure I saw those immersion blenders for cement. I remember noticing how much they looked like the ones for cooking.

I'm a civil engineer in Construction. the mixer for a bucket of grout is simply a big drill with a mixer bit. no one would buy a specific tool just for mixing cementation material.

Yeah, my bad - think they're called Cement Mixers!
