White Wine Sauce
3 tbsp butter
2 tbsp flour
1/2 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 tbsp cooking wine
1/2 tsp white pepper
if you're using any spices on your chicken i like to throw a little of those in the sauce as well.
PS. now that i'm looking at this, it doesn't seem like enough wine!! It's been at least a year since i last made this, so i don't remember very well.
