I just got around to reading my February Gourmet magazine and discovered they were featuring an entire menu with Glazed Duck with Clementine Sauce as the entree. If you want the recipe I will be happy to post it under the chicken/turkey forum. Let me know.

Give me a couple of minutes, there is a whole menu, not just the duck, I will post it all as:

Clementine, Olive and Endive Salad
Glazed Duck with Clementine Sauce
Wild Rice and Bulgur with Braised Vegetables
Chocolate Tart with Candied Clementine Peel

Clementine is of the orange/tangerine family
