Why Do We Say It Always Tastes like Chicken ?

Why Is it we always say it tastes just like chicken if we don't know how to describe the taste, "We say it tastes just like chicken" ? does it or do we just get a brain burp ? what does that say about chicken ? Is that good or Bad ? Did I ask to much or is there an answer ? You Idea's ?
