Hi all - I made a frozen pizza (practically against my will but that is another story) and set my oven to convection. Look at how it cooked! I'd like to blame the pizza but I'd bet the cardboard cheese and wood dust crust is distributed evenly. Thoughts? I haven't had any other issues with my oven. It is 4 years old. For contrast, here is a homemade pizza I just did a few days ago. ImageUploadedByDiscuss Cooking1463665741.939253.jpg

Just as a guess, it might have been partially thawed, and the part that was still frozen didn't cook as fast? The burned part was the part that was thawed?

I like that answer RP! I did have it out while I was preheating... I bet you are right!
