Tonight I'm having sockeye salmon with dill honey mustard glaze and a medley of veggies.

What's everyone else eating?

I was going to just make Hamburger Helper again, but didn't have enough milk. So instead I just made a big old hamburger to put on bread, since I didn't have any buns, with ketchup, mustard, and mayo, and a couple slices of onion. And cheese. All I had in the cheese department was cheese in a can, so I used that. It was a pretty good meal and enough hamburger left over to make two more. Maybe for breakfast. heh, heh

I've been doing a lot of physio exercises and it has been pooping me out. At least my back seems to appreciate the exercises and is getting better. So, I used that as an excuse to order from a well loved Greek resto called Arahova. I believe it is the name of the village the family came from in Greece. In any case, I ordered a pork gyro (old fashioned, slices of pork) platter. It comes with roast, lemony potatoes, rice pilaf, and a house salad, and tzatziki. I also had some baklava for dessert. That was a really tasty meal and really good baklava. I usually find baklava to be a bit too sweet. This one was only verging on too sweet, so I could notice more of the individual flavours. I have a lot of leftovers, except the salad and baklava.
