Was just starting a new thread for today's menu, glad I checked first before I hit 'submit'!

Looks delish, Roch. Been busy in the yard on this beautiful day. This afternoon's dinner was a grilled cheese on rye, deviled egg, pickles, olives, artichoke hearts, and an apple.

Sweet and sour beef stew in the pressure cooker, served over egg noodles, green salad on the side.

I wish I was at Rock's, Cheryl's, or 10spd's.

Leftover pizza here, topped with chopped raw onions and jalapenos, and a splash of Frank's.

DH made spaghetti with meat sauce & lots of veggies and garlic bread with my homemade bread last night. We had an encore of the same tonight.

Beautiful looking plate, Roch, even though I'm not a fan of lamb. I bet I would like yours, though.

My plan was salad and leftover soup tonight. However, I scrounged a big container of stuffed cabbage rolls (seven of them) to defrost for supper tomorrow night with leftovers later in the week. Then they started to whisper "make us dinner tonight" to me. Salad and soup tomorrow. Tonight we had cabbages, mashed potatoes, green beans...and asparagus for me. Himself just loaded up on the beans.
