Nice looking pics, guys.

I had leftover shredded cheese and some fire roasted green chilies from making enchiladas a few days ago, so I had a quesadilla. I chopped some fresh tomato from the farmer's market and added them....yummy.

They were very good Cheryl but not as good as Carmen's in Philly. I have a feeling it was a once in a lifetime experience. At the counter, I was sitting next to a woman who was actually moaning over her sandwich. She said she had lived in Philly 20 years ago and always ate at Carmen's. She was visiting and moaning over "the best Philly Cheese Steak in 20 years".

I think I needed to cook the onions and red bell pepper strips more, and add more salt and Whiz.
