since tomorrow is sunday, i will make the works, bacon, eggs potatoes toast and coffee.

this am made a slim fast smoothie with banana and strawberries.

My Breakfast is Oatmeal

It is a Monday thru Friday Breakfast: 1/3 cup Old Fashioned Oatmeal
2/3 cup water 1 tsp flax meal sprinkle of cinnamon Place in micro for 1 1/2 minutes.

Remove from micro add: all or some of these or other 1tsp flax meal
plain yogurt ground almonds homemade maple syrup fruit

delicious....and healthy. Saturday and Sunday one egg whole wheat toast at our favorite local diners. Aria

usually just a slim fast and fruit smoothie. this am , hash browns , egg, sausage, toast made from whole wheat sourdough bread. was just yummy
