I saw this on Face Book and thought I'd share it here at DC.
What a great idea to keep a lot of different dishes, condiments and drinks cold on a warm Summer day.
Stay food safe out there!

Cool idea!

Another tip for a single bowl of salad from the folks at Growlies!

Take a small SEALABLE tupperware type bowl (cereal bowl size)fill it with water, seal and freeze. Now put it in the bottom of bowl you are going to serve the potato salad in. Then pile potato salad on top and it will keep the salad cold and safe to eat.

Growlies, notes,tips,tricks, party planning help

This is a great site for catering/party planning information that rocklobster posted, thanks Rock!
