Hi just thought I would introduce myself.My name is carmel and i live in north west uk .I love cooking , except sunday roasts (which I find boring to cook) .Love trying new foods.My passion is cookery books , the older the better.I like to read jamie oliver books and trying his recipes.I have 3 kids a hubby, a dog , a lizard and 2 jobs so i like to plan my meals a week in advance.Looking foward to swapping recipes etc .Carmel x

Welcome to DC!! Love a good roast dinner but don't have them very often - only a few times a year I guess. Maybe you will have to try some new recipes for roasts to revitalise your enthusiasm for them again.
