Hello everyone

Hello everyone, I have been cooking for years and have found baking cakes to be much easier than cooking meat. However, I enjoy cooking, trying new recipes and sharing different tips about cooking.
I came here to share cooking tips and meet other people who enjoy cooking also.

Hi, and welcome to Discuss Cooking

What part of Michigan are you from? I grew up there - moved around the southeastern area - and moved to Virginia in the mid-80s.
