Hi

Hey there! I just joined this forum for a few reasons.

1. I love to cook, but I need some new recipes.

2. I'm looking for a fritatta recipe.

3. I want to be able to cook for my roommates.

Welcome cupcake,
you've found just the place to get new recipe ideas, meet others who love to cook and eat, and I'm sure you will find some great fritata recipes as well.
So glad to have you join us.

Welcome Miss Cup Cake You have just found the best forum on cooking and ther is a great bunch of folks here to help. Basicly a fritatta is nothing more than a baked omellet
so scramble those eggs and just do it .oven 350 cook about 20 minutes add what ever you want onions, peppers, mushrooms, spinach, cheese most any kind.. just figure 2-3 eggs per person if they are big eatersand if you are cooking for a large group you might want to do 2 of them or more
