Talking New From Reno Nv.

Hi my name is Jay and live in Rno Nv.I am 55 and new to cooking bbq,smoking meats.I just bought my first sadoku knife and look forward to a new realm in cutting vegigies for the q.One of my favorite authors as of now is Steve Raichlen of the bokks The Barbecue Bible,and Beer can Chicken.I am really happy to have found this site and hope to exchange many ideas with you all.
