This is really good with bbq'd salmon or swordfish, and I think even painting it on hot grilled shrimp would be yummy.
Avocado Butter
This has to be refrigerated and will hold about an hour.
1/2-c. soft butter
1/2c-mashed avocado
4-Tab. lemon juice
2-Tab. fresh chopped parsley
1-tea. Worcestershire sauce
1/2-tea. garlic powder or salt..
Whip butter with electric mixer in small bowl til soft and creamy. Beat in the remaining ingredients..Refrigerate til ready to serve.
Makes about 1-1/2 cups

Chicken would be great...I feel Avocados, make a tired recipe come alive again..I use them almost everyday.
