I am looking for a name and a recipe for a sesame covered slightly sweet, hollow centered 'ball' of cooked dough i used to get from a chinese buffet. anyone got any ideas? :ermm:

Could it be BUCHI? This is made of rice flour dough rolled in sesame seeds and deep fried. The filling can be made of yellow/black mung bean paste or lotus seed paste. Buchi is the name used in Chinese restos in the Philippines. Not sure what it's called in other Chinese dialects.
