I think the easiest way to cook chicken is the "deep-fry" way. :lol:
You can have the chicken breast marinated and stuff. I've tried cutting the meat into strips and dipping it into eggs and breadcrumbs and then frying it. Easy but still delicious. I sometimes accompany this dish with tartar...

Why not trying to fry the chicken with olive oil then use the tomatoes, spinach, onions and add some gralic and tomato sauce for the sauce. I'm not an expert chef at all but this was what I thought. :wink: Good luck!!
I think the others are correct in saying that if you are using the oven to melt the cheese, the soups heat is enough and you really don't have to put it in the oven. I do hope the soups fine. :smile:
