    Maybe I am missing something. What are you making? Why would you want to add paraffin to chocolate anyway? (Unless you are shipping some candies to Kuwait, Iraq, or similar.) -Art

    This reminds me of a recipe I saw somewhere. Basically, what they did is make their own Oreo like cookie then fill with white chocolate ganache. As you can imagine, it would be WONDERFUL. Hmmm... Perhaps I ought to make some. -Art

    Be sure to ship them via FedEx.... You don't want the strawberries to sweat (much) and potentially cause your chocolate to sugar bloom. In general, dipped strawberries are not using tempered chocolate and so there is also a greater risk of having your chocolate melt since untempered...
