    I can only get to the site via a vpn. Even the main page. This started today or yesterday. No idea why, as I didn't change anything and it is not happening on other sites Has something changed with the security settings of the site? Just typing in "discuss cooking" on the search engine already...

    Recommend me uses for rice flour!

    I've toasted jasmine rice and then ground for larb. Tastes great and works well with other salads, but I think commercial rice flour is too fine to do something like that

    How far ahead can I prep these items??

    What do you want to make & why do you want to prep far in advance? I think if I wanted to make something with onions and garlic, I would cook/fry them and keep like that in a tupperware in the fridge. But in practice I prep and cook the full dish. Onions tend to go off, get sulfuric, once cut.

    Cook as you usually do and put a portion in the freezer.... Cooking for 1 is boring as you can hardly use any ingredients But other than that, I don't really see the problem.     Recommend me uses for rice flour!

    I use it on the wooden pizza peel to launch the pizza. Works better than flour. I still want to try make rice noodles. I've done it before over a pot of boiling water, but I'm trying to find a different way. And dumplings I think the bread normally used for banh mi contains rice flour as well
