i love making quiches! they all look really good, especially the ones with cheese!!!
i make one similar to the cream cheese quiche they have listed, however instead of swiss cheese i use smoked cheddar and i add sundried tomato...
i don't use sugar in mine, but i do use a tablespoon or two of vanilla, a pinch of nutmeg and a couple teaspoons of cinnamon. i don't have a huge sweet tooth though, but i''m sure adding sugar would be delish.
