Yes, Rada is a household name for me, too, although I don't own one for myself! But I am happy to read about it here again. Between Japanese Santoku knives and German Wusthof brand, it's good to know that there a AMERICAN quality knives as well.
I honestly prefer pasta by original italian brands: "Latini" produces my favourites, or "Cipriani" and "Martelli"! It's hard and expensive to get them especially in a foreign country - but the fantastic pasta it's worth your while... :yum:
