I had some delicious chicken/pork adobo with white steamed rice and mixed veggies. It was very filling! Here it is.

You can also stuff peppers by cutting off the top half partially, leaving only a part of it intact, then digging out all the inside, stuffing it with raw ground beef or turkey and letting it cook for an hour. :)

Ya, could I use yogurt instead? I'm not a fan of soy milk :/ It is a pretty heavy dish, but oh so yummy. I doubt I'll make some as good as that one anyway haha!
