Hi everyone, I'm looking for a seafood cookbook suitable for someone (ie. me!) who has almost no experience cooking with seafood. I'll be moving to Brunei soon so it would be great to try some SE Asian recipes and books that covered seafood from that region.

Hi all, I would describe myself as a little-bit-more-than-a-beginner cook with a lot of enthusiasm. Can anyone recommend any Indian, Pakistani, Turkish, Middle Eastern cookbooks? Hopefully ones that produce authentic results without too much fuss. Thanks.
