The domed oven is visually stunning and will create a real atmosphere for the whole restaurant - assuming functionally it will fit your needs.
The built-in wall oven is boring, unless you create some type of seating area around it as the focus of the space.

Stamped, "Stainless Steel, Freeport".
It looks like a ladle that has a shallow, straight bowl, or a basting spoon with a large bowl and pour spouts. Could be a Chinese wok ladle (hoak), but without the wood handle at the end.
I'd love to get another one...
