Hi, I roasted a chicken last night and I have about 1/2 of it left. Mostly the breast and wings. Does anyone have any ideas of what I can make for dinner tonight with the leftovers. I don't really want to make a sandwhich or salad, but I'm open to it.
Thanks so much
Dana

I'm making dinner for my room mate and myself tonight. I was thinking of making risotto. Does anyone have any suggestions about what goes well it it? I was thinking maybe some sugar snap peas and this artichoke recipe that I want to try.
Thanks!

Ever since I finished school in April I've been looking for a variety of cheap meals. I work in theatre and because of that I go contract to contract. Which tends to mean that my income changes all the time. My current contract ends on Saturday and I'll be unemployed until the end of March. I'm...
