From my experience a garlic press shouldn't be difficult to clean. The leftover pulp can get real sticky real fast but soaking it in hot water for a few minutes will take care of that problem.
I'm reading "St. Peter's" by James Lees-Milne.
It's a comprehensive history of Vatican City which is entertaining, fascinating and dizzying all at the same. He presents the facts and stories at a furious pace and I find myself re-reading sentences but thus far it's a very cool read.
That's good info, thank you!
I work outside and during the blazing heat of summer I keep a cooler filled with ice chilled fruit to snack on. Berries can get VERY expensive.
It's colder than a well digger's rear end but I'm firing up the grill anyway!
I'm having chili dogs but instead of hot dogs I'm grilling up some Bahama Mamas.
Nitrate city, baby!
Thanks, Addie! I just bumped that project to the top of the list and I appreciate the advice. :chef:
Some time I'll tell you about my home made, garden grown pasta sauce experience that ended in complete disaster.
"I think all we need on this--besides the mysterious skull shaped icon--is a hand held video camera and a few girls willing to pretend they're screaming, and we could probably make millions $$$ on a direct to DVD release! "
It'll be the next cult flick! Dude, I'm there!
A bit of mid-morning whimsy if I may and unfortunately an apt description of the past week in a round about way.

I'm not a survivalist or anything but I do have an old 20 gauge and a couple boxes of deer slugs. I'll buy some beef jerky and meet you at the secret location in the Rockies.
