I just got my first cookbook this year at Christmas from my roomate. It's "The Ultimate Chocolate Cookie Book", so technically it ends up being a present for both of us :wink:
Up until now I always used my mom's cookbooks and recipes.
I like what jkath brought up here; in my experience kids often eat just to have something to munch on. I know my little brothers misidentify that as hunger.
mmmm, reading this is making my mouth water. I'm a huge steak fan, but being a poor university student I generally only buy myself the really cheap inside round steaks and such, and haven't had the chance to cook any really good cuts.
