    Tao Sea Bass The seabass at Tao is fantastic. I am actually trying to make it myself tonight. The miso glaze is the key. Lots of recipes out there for that. Soy, Sake, miso, brown sugar, lemon, etc. Let is marinate for a couple of hrs. You will want to cook it on broil for about 5 to 7 mins...
