Yeah :) Time-zones can be weird. I loved to make home-made pasta & lasagne, desserts including cakes, quiches, pizza, and other dishes from scratch. No pre-made dough, lord no :) When I was able to go fishing I used to cook what I caught, too. I'm not aware of any particular Aussie dishes...

I once found this amazing recipe roughly two years ago online, but I can't recall the name! Anybody know of it? What I remember from the recipe is as follows: Salmon -or- sea trout Red caviar Pink peppercorns Limes Cream cheese Dill & chives It was either a ceviche or a carpaccio.

Well, have they asked for tiramisu that has coffee in it? :) It is supposed to have coffee in it, but a lot of fake tiramisu recipes don't call for it.
