Is it just me or has valentines day gone crazy and way WAY too commercialised... I love surprises and do love being romantisised but not into all this teady bear/chocolate/fancy card millarky... If i was to be surprised with a meal, even beans on toast ha, id b touched... Dont worry too...

I am a big fan of pasta and i eat it with absolutely any meats and flavours...you will prob find this discusting but i have just quickly put together penne pasta, baked beans and grated cheese with black pepper seasoning... Ha! Well it filled a little hole, thats me though i will eat whatever...

I have just recently posted about my fav fish, and it reminded me of the restaurant i totally love to get my fav fish from... They are in a town called bridlington situated on the seafront opposite the spa theatre...Yipps...its a chinese restaurant and i cant stress enough just how lovely their...

On the A64 (as if coming from malton toward york) there is a superb indian restaurant that is just slap bang at the side of the carriage way....Dont let this put you off, it is a stunning place and lovely food. Fish

Just thought id add my little useful tip!! I re-use the plastic containers that i get from the chinese takeaway,wash them and they are ace for storing my left over meals (i cook in bulk) that way im recycling too... Fish

everytime i grill fish or steaks it welds its remains in the smallest nook and crannys of the grill plates!! not yet scrubbed away the non-stick but if i dnt get a solution quick il b buying a new one..... help please Fish

i cooked for the first time ever a beef stroganoff...oh boy it was delicious...recommend that any one should try this one i they havent yet!! i used red wine, garlic, bit of fresh chilli (coz i love it) mushrooms, red onion, doulbe pouring cream and lean top side steak!! mmmmmwah! my partner...

that sounds lush, i think i will try that over xmas...my mum will love me if i get it right :) will let you know...

tee hee...thanks claire that sounds cool, i do love the odd boozy sesh so with wateva is left over i will probably work on that...not that i have tons of booze laying around but ppl leave it at mine after parties ;) take care...im going to let you know how mine goes!

Shameful?? I have never in my life made a dessert so i would love for anyone to send me their favourite easy to make dessert recipe... pref chocolate bt any recipe is appreciated (I really need to start making desserts, most ppl i know have a HUGE sweet tooth!) Thanks guys hope to have...
