    Well if you are inventive enough you really can get away without all of the fan fair. It truly depends on your comfort level. Go to the good will and you would be amazed at what you can find. Anything in a pinch :)

    Oh yeah... I forgot! Add chopped green onions to the top of the roll for a garnish. And don't forget to take to plastic off as you roll it up, it will also stay fresh in the fridge for a couple of days.
