mmm, well when it comes to ketchup, Heinz...boo yah!! i do like to grill (burger,ribeyes,nystrip,etc), making salads from fresh organic produce. simple fruit dishes b/c fruits are definitely crucial. Italian dishes are great. definitely can get down with shrimp and am getting into seafood. also...
