    Thanks grumblebee. I have saved your link and am going to give your recipe a try. I made some a few months back that turned out sooo hot( I like hottt food)this was too hot for me, lol.. I was thinking it could have taken the paint off the woodwork. I ended up dumping it.

    Bought a Tagine - Now What??

    I also have a tagine. I found mine at T.J Maxx. The only thing is, there isn't an abundance of recipes that I have found. Do you think for varity you can use just about any dutch oven recipe and adapt it? I would like to expand from lamb and chicken dishes. What do you all think?
