He is my fave I watch his show everyday. I make very little time in my day for tv, but him I never miss, sometimes even 2 shows a day. I LOVE the way he cooks, I find it inspiring i am not much for cooking with a recipe, I feel it takes my creativity away, personally.

Chef Micheal Smith, from chef at home. I am surprised to not see him listed here, maybe hes only in Canada?

My dad. He is an amazing cook and he isn't afraid to try new things. My step mom as well, together they installed a huge love of cooking/eating.

Herb and garlic chicken bundles, with a Thai noodle salad, mmmmmm. Woulda been better had my red pepper not gone bad, but it was still yummy :smile:.

Thai noodle salad was lunch. Supper will be, Beef tenderloin with a goatcheese spinach stuffing. mmmmmmmmmm Rice pilaf baby carrots.
