My passion is good food and great flavors. I wrote a cookbook as a tribute to my mother who inspired my cooking and currently host a television show which shows how to infuse Pakistani flavors from my roots into everyday foods. Food and flavor is a journey, so I like all of my meals to be a reflection of my journey and a story of how my upbringing and international travel have inspired me to be who I am.
