    trouble cooking on convection ovens

    I have new appliances one of which is a ge trivection oven. It cooks very slow in reg bake mode, but not even. convection mode cooks fairly fast but not even. Speed cook is very fast but not even. Any of the three modes does not equal the quality of cooking compared to my 30 year old ge oven...
