Several comments to the comments received. You place the roast on the top of the chimeny of the Chiminea on a roasting grill that you can buy for the Chiminea. I actually cooked the roast yesterday 6lb roast beef cooked perfectly in 1 hr 45 minutes. Ivan- ivanb
