For Nalini, food is a universal language. Growing up in India in an army family, Nalini moved every three years to a new part of India. Nalini loved the adventure of moving because every state in India has the feel of an entirely new country - different culture, different language and script, different ethnicities—and most importantly different food.
With a father from Puerto Rico and a mother whose family hails from Italy, it is no wonder that Joe grew up a big fan of diverse eating! As a musician, Joe loves layering different instruments and lyrics together to make a song - in the same way he enjoys how recipes bring together ingredients to create a memorable meal.
