    Freezing Quiches for serving at a buffet

    I am looking to advance prep several quiches to serve as part of a buffet for a tree trimming party for about 50 people. Can anyone advise, do I freeze this uncooked and then cook the morning of the party and just warm it? Or do I cook everthing and then freeze it and thaw and rewarm? Or is...
