I'm a self-taught home cook who loves being in the kitchen. I like to experiment with cuisines from around the world and different techniques. I'm always looking for ways to do different takes on commonplace dishes and that's how I got to this forum. I'll often be asking if others have tried some idea I might have about how to mix up something a bit different as take on a usual dish. I look forward to our exchanges.
