    Oh, one more thing, the meat I got says "Beef Shoulder, Boneless English Roast". Is that what I should be using? Thanks.

    Hi, glad I found this site. I am making a Pot roast in a slow cooker for tommarow night. I want to put all the ingedients into the crock tonight (including the raw beef), put it in the fridge overnight, and start it in the morning when I leave. I have to be up early tommarow, and will be gone...
