    Rillette is too salty... Help

    My wife and I followed the recipe to the "T". The rillette is extremely salty (not always a bad thing but is in this case). Does anyone know a way to cut the salty taste (maybe by adding unsalted pork to the overly salted pork)? Any help or ideas would be much appreciated. Thanks.
