    Dim Sum

The Asian store down the road calls them 'gyoza' (in the freezer section) and the preferred cheater method is 16 min steamed atop cabbage leaves. My kids absolutely love them that way. I can eat them fried, steamed, from the store, pick your poison. ;)

Monday, 5/2/2011, What's making it's way to the table?

It's the one with cooked chicken, sour cream, cream of chicken, ritz crackers, topped with poppy seeds. I grilled my chicken on the panini grill and it was pretty tasty. I'll post the recipe in a few.

    Dim Sum

I love dim sum!!! There's a restaurant in Austin called T&S seafood and they are my absolute favorite restaurant in the city. Their lunch specialty is ... Dim sum! I've got some frozen potstickers and maybe I should drag out my bamboo steamer ... ;)

    Dinner Plans Wednesday April 20th

I made a huge lasagna in a crackpot but cooked it in the oven w/foil on top. I layered it a way chef Anne Burrell showed on her fn show and it made it so easy to serve -- putting the ricotta cheese layer between two rows of noodles. Yummy!
