I have a kit (:/) for steak tacos, but all the beef I have in the house is stewing beef. Anyone know how to cook this meat so it is edible in a taco?

Wont more beef dilute all thw flavor? Should I also add more sauce to the remaining sauce minus the chili flakes?

The problem I thinm wasn't wuth the recipe itself, but it called for steak seasoning. I didnt have any, but had all the spices to make it. The sloppy joes turned out SPICY in a very bad way. I ended up adding twi e as much chili flakes as I should've. I always make delicious food so I doubled...

I had some wonderfully rubbed ribs cooking and the power is out. Do I throw them out? Tbrow them in the freezer n try again when we have power??? Is it dangerous to try n freeze and recook partially cooked meats?? I feel like it is, but I was so excited for ribs its real hard to throw them...
