I use to watch the food channel all the time growing up. It made me realize that my mother wasn't a very good cook (shame on me). I soon realized that if I wanted good food to make it myself and I just kept going from there. I'm at a point where I am no longer satisfied with my cooking, however I always get compliments, I want to expand my horizons and become a more well rounded chef.
