I have lived and cooked in southern Africa for many years, and now find myself living in beautiful Burgundy! I grew up in South Africa, moved to Victoria Falls and opened a catering company and worked as a cook on mobile safari's. I've lived and worked in some of the most beautiful places in southern Africa including islands in Mozambique. I love everything about cooking, learning about and eating food!
