    Centralia House Shrimp

    I live in Spain now, but Centralia House was one of my favorite restaurants when I lived in Illinois. I almost always ordered this dish. This recipe seems really “off” to me. Shrimp sitting in boiling hot sauce and then baked for that long would be rubbery, I would think.
