My Grandparents made the same soup, but I remember going "mushroom picking" in the fall for Christmas time. If anyone knows what the mushrooms we might've picked were called, I'd greatly appreciate it so I can make it more "authentic" and pick the mushrooms with my children. Thank you!:smile:
