I have been on a culinary quest for over 20 years. That is how long I have been married. I love my wife dearly, but the first meal she cooked had two spices; ketchup and bar-b-q sauce. I began cooking the next night. I have worked in many restaurants in my life, both good and bad. went to college, but have never been formally trained in the culinary arts. I believe that we eat to live, but we cook to enjoy living.
